Stunning, absolutely stunning, brilliant brilliant performance. They should have been down and out, particularly after the nature of citys win last night but they gave their all for the duration and got their reward. United's players, management and board should look at the heart, the fight, the absolute balls shown by every liverpool player tonight. If we had half the heart of this liverpool team we wouldn't be where we currently are. Enjoy it folks, utterly deserved.

I thought for the past few weeks that it would be Man City winning the league and Liverpool winning the CL, but after last week, I thought that was over. As a United fan, the only consolation I could take from this ****ty season and City winning the league and Liverpool the CL is that they would prefer to swap the trophies, so even though they both win something, it's tinged with a little bit of disappointment

Saw some International Reds landing at Manchester Airport about 3pm, to my eternal shame i felt a bit sorry for them travelling all that way for a dead a rubber. I should have known BETTER!!!!

I was away from the telly tonight so had to watch on a stream, it was perfect for most of the match but dropped for about 5 mins towards the end of the first half and then again about 78 mins.

I have a Whatsapp LFC chat with Shaggy and another friend, he totally BS'd us when both our streams dropped at about 41 mins pretending we'd scored. So when he did the same when both our streams had dropped around the 80min mark we totally thought he was joking. Checked BBC livestream and thought 'you bull****ting *******'........then before my stream popped up again the goal came up!

Only if City dropped points against Leicester. And even with this if they'd dropped points I'd have rather we focus on league.

But they didn't and this is one hell of a compensation package
