Nothing would put a dampener on ending the 30 league title wait.

Totally agree with you mate. But if we do maintain the gap over the chasers we’ll have the luxury of being able to rest key players for the CL matches if need be. We didn’t have that sort of opportunity last season with everything being so tight & once we knocked City out they could prioritise the league.
