It's a shame they are comfortably mid-table, because it would have been hilarious if they did this, got a points deduction and it caused them to be relegatedOriginally posted by EwarWoo View PostIf we're hearing about it I'm sure the FA will in their investigations should it happen. They'll get smashed for it. Pre-meditated disruption of the game.
Massive fine and no doubt some behind closed doors games.
Maybe that's the plan, they want an excuse not to go watch the dross play?
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

If they do this I hope they get a points deduction and get ****ing relegatedOriginally posted by ukfootballfan101 View PostI was talking to an Everton Season ticket holder in work, he goes all over the place watching them, and he was saying that there is lots of talk amongst Everton fans about using pyro and/or a pitch invasion to get the game at goodison abandoned if a win gives us the title!Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

Pretty rarely now. Coming out of retirement for Chelsea in the week but don't really do much domestic stuff the last few years. I have the worst timing everOriginally posted by Liverpool View PostDo you go aways?
I think they'll have to firm up all the players take plus various leeches before announcing criteria.

Just thinking about the Watford match and potentially slipping up against them, I started thinking about how many games we've had this season where we "strolled" the result. Not too many I think.
Winning 26 from 27 makes it look like we're winning the league at a canter, but we're really not. There have been some decent battles and late goals to get us out of a few scrapes. It's a 38 game sprint at 100% maximum effort. There's no pacing ourselves it seems.
The mentality, stamina and physicality of this team, more than the technical ability is what what really separates this team from the rest. Both now, and in the past.
Easiest game of the season so far? Leicester away I reckon. A rare game where we took the early goal and then left them for dust.Oh I don't know.

Personally, it was after we belted 4 past Leicester that I knew we'd won it.Modifying post.

I think that Leicester game crushed all the challengers mentally.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostYeah, that game and Sheff U at home we were imperious.

City had a wobble, Leicester had a wobble. We came off the back of a 12 game December or something stupid, winning the World Cup and every single league game thrown at us. And crowned it with a demolition job at Leicester.
Everyone else left scratching their heads and wondering what the point of carrying on was.
Oh I don't know.

I think we consciously upped our game for Leicester and it showed. Not so much physically but more mentally, we knew we had to be on it. In other games I think we maybe get a bit complacent and stay in 3rd gear a bit. We are intense but aren't killing ourselvesOriginally posted by dom9 View PostJust thinking about the Watford match and potentially slipping up against them, I started thinking about how many games we've had this season where we "strolled" the result.
