Liverpool have won 24 of their past 25 Premier League matches and have scored two or more goals in 23 of those
    Oh I don't know.

And what happened after that Frank?

no way we lead the league from day 1 to the end and win it comfortably, something needs to go terribly wrong.

I genuinely thought we'd dip to a mid 80's total after last seasons efforts, our presence seems to took more out of city tho.

City's players did Klopps pre-season gee-up by singing about us on their plane after winning the league in May.

Also, to go and win the champions league was huge as well. Big belief into the players.

Winning the Euro Super Cup and hopefully the club world Cup will only add to the positivity and confidence.

Klopps decision not to sign players in the summer was ****in amazing too. Hindsight is lovely but a lot of us fans were sceptical about that. Klopps comment was that he wanted to give this team a proper run. How ****in right he was. Man City are trying to integrate a 63m midfielder and 50 plus million right back..... While we are just getting better and better as a team. And Klopps insistence on players getting 100% fit has proved huge too. (remember his stance with Sturridge when he joined first) it looks like that will pay dividends with Keita and Shaqiri too. And Oxlade and Lallana do look like new signings

Does anyone think Leicester can keep up this pace? They are on track for an 88 point season.

They've not done it before, neither has Brendan but I think it's conceivable that they get 85-88pts. Won't be enough though

they've benefited from VAR, outperforming their XG at both ends of the pitch and will hopefully come crashing down soon enough to their level, would be useful if they stayed in the cups

If Liverpool and Leicester did keep up this pace, they would finish on 88 points and we'd be 21 points clear on 109! That would be insane!

This season has the potential to be like no other. Could be epic

Only unbeaten side now in all the top European leagues, aren't we ?

When you lay out the points total from not just this season, but also stretching into the record breaking amount of last season, it really just beggars belief. Never seen anything like it - deliver the league this season, and it's very hard to point to a better English side in any era - add in a possible CL attempt already to us being current Champions, not to mention finalists the year previous, and we are very much in a golden age.

I'm honestly curious to see how we react to a defeat at this point, I mean, it's clear we're not at 100% with some games this season being just be a little too close to the wind.
Only team that can stop us winning the league this season at this point is ourselves.

Does that mean that the decisions they've been given have been fair? Have they benefitted against the so called bigger sides?

I was thinking about it earlier, we could be on 55pts at the half way point of the season. It's absolutely mental
