    Anfield beat lounge

    I was wondering if anyone has been in that part of the hospitality? It says Liverpool legend in attendance. Does that mean you can meet him and get a photo/autograph or is it just watching them talk? Also what sort of legend is it, a proper one or someone like Phil Babb? Thanks
    I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

    Not done it but fairly sure they work the room and you can get a picture.

      I did the Dugout hospitality last season for the spurs game....was good and with the legend, you have to just head down to where they are and just queue up and introduce yourself. No problem getting a photo. Alan Kennedy was the guy that game.

        We did it on Boxing Day, the ledge was Steve Staunton, he was friendly, plenty of photo opportunities.

        Nice atmosphere, queues not too big.

        As much as I loved standing on the Kop this was far more civilised.

          But if you're lucky you'll get Dunk, he's a legend, and of course you'll have to pay a premium for any of his insider information.

            I've done a couple of hospitality days with LFC over the last 3 seasons. Had Barney Rubble first time around and then Fairclough second time. Both know exactly how to work the room, friendly, happy to chat, sign programmes and have their photograph taken.
