I'd love to know what exactly is on those bits of paper that they put in front of players for these signing pics.

Given his age though its probably actually a parental consent form for him to play at away games!

I think it is the club being fair on the player.

It also shows other young players that there is a pathway and rewards to match based on performances and progression

Dunno if it was just me, but I thought he was superb last night, constant press, some clever passes and unlucky not to score when he'd beat the keeper but the defender got a leg out to stop it.
