    What is the situation? Because the guy had his arm around his neck and clearly pulled him back. Are they saying that the referee saw it and deemed it not a pen or that type of incident isn't a pen, is there something to do with the where the ball was or whether he could have got it or what, because for me that's as clear a pull as you will see.

                TAA's effort saved there, I think Mane ran ahead of the ball there so would have been offside if TAA had have passed
