But we are right to call players out, any players when they put in a performance like that. This is not opinion look at the stats for the game, he was atrocious worse player on the pitch, no tackles, no shots, no dribbles, terrible heat map, Millie had nearly has many touches of the ball as him and he came on in the 61 st minute.

I am very surprised people are not calling him out on that performance his ineptitude turned that game and made it a lot more uncomfortable than it needed to be.
Fab was as bad as Hendo in the midfield, Gomez had a nightmare, Mo managed to scored 2 goals and still play **** & Trent got caught out of position about 500 times. Even Virgil looked ropey in that second half, we just got complacent and got punished for errors that we have been getting with recently.

It wasn't just Hendo who had a shocker. That has been coming, the last few weeks we have been below par. I don't know whether it is the new high line, the fact that Allison isn't there organising from the goal or maybe we are just having a sticky patch. Whatever is is we need to up our game, Leicester will be a difficult game especially now that we had that tough 45 mins in the 2nd half midweek and they are fully rested. Thing is though we still got the result, a few years ago we would have drawn or lost that game.

Look anybody who knows me knows I am firmly a glass is half full card carrying paid up member of the sunshine brigade, I had Hendo would be considered worldclass in 5 years in my signature when he first signed ..that may not have come through but he has lifted the Champions Lg Cup as Captain, so he has and always has had my respect as a player, but he need to take his lumps after that performance, it was very bad and I would suggest he solely was the reason many of those players you mentioned looked bad, when Millie came on we regained control again of the game and looked like scoring again. Trent may have got caught out of position but who is supposed to slot in for him ? Hendo

Anyway ..its good because we won, we can use this as a kick up the arse to motivate us for the BDog Allstarts this weekend and when we do put in bad performances we manage to extract value out of them going forward. I mean the first 30 mins was sublime, Robbo was running the game at one stage.

Its all good but its also ok to have a rant at a player who you normally rate from time to time, real life is shades of grey not the polarity nonsense spouted out online.

I'm not liking the body language between these two. Still looks like there's a little friction, but maybe I'm reading too much into it. Mane puts his hand on Mo's shoulder when he arrives but Mo doesn't even acknowledge him...looks a bit awkward

Maybe, but there seems to be a total blank from Mo whilst Sadio looks to be making an effort

No one has as many body language experts as our support!

Not arsed whether they like each other or not really, they've still passed to each other since the sickening incident, they've still celebrated each others goals bla bla. We are still the best team on the planet so who's arsed, not everyone is going to be best of friends in a 30 man squad.

I dont think it was just Milner coming on

We brought Origi on as well and sweitched to 4-2-3-1

Thats is what allowed us to cope better with their diamond formation that was frankly causing us huge problems

Their diamond completely neutralised Fabinho and Firmino it meant that we couldnt pass the ball through Fabinho and find gaps for Firmino

For me the entire midfield was found wanting for large periods of the game until we made the substitutions and change in formation

Sure, but Mo has just finished a live interview on TV, he would have reason to be distracted.

I agree with some of that, but Hendo was making mistakes just fine when they were not playing a Diamond also .... But hey ho ... personally for me it was truly abysmal, then I thought perhaps I am been too tough on him because not many people are singling him out, but I checked the stats for the game and Hendo sticks out like a sore thumb

He could have been injured for all we know, he did not look his normal self, I have never seen him on his heels so much in one game
