Yeah. It's not like Firmino is having a bad season, in fact he might be having his best.

Against spurs and other big clubs with deadly finishers Hendo and Gini are my picks next to Fab. Keita needs to pick up more game fitness against the easier opposition.

There's rightly a clamour to see Keita in there but transferring a Genk performance to the PL isn't straightforward. Although it'll be a catch 22 situation if we don't give him chances. He's more likely to find them off the bench like united initially, IMO.

We still havent mastered the new higher line that Klopp has tried to implement. Balls over the straight and diagonal have really caused us problems.

No problem with this. Obviously he'll leave Kane to Virgil's pocket.

I usually watch those boring training videos and you can sense from that Lovren is training, really well. In fact I mentioned this in passing when Gomez played.

Obviously transferring training to the game is a problem but Gomez didn't do well in Matip's absence so it's only right that Lovren got a chance. Shaky on the Genk goal but otherwise fine.

Tight on Gomez but he's fighting two CBs, one great and one good (on his day) and he'll have to get back to the form of last year to get anywhere near the first team.

If Son, Moura, Alli or Lamela get a run on Lovren, then we will be in trouble. You can say that Virgil will take care or Kane but the vice versa could also be true.

If Gomez isn't good enough to be ahead of Lovren, then Gomez isn't good enough for LFC

FFS! How does Lovren always seem to come back in just when we’ve got the likes of Spurs and City to play?

Is Matip definitely out or this mind games?

Hopefully mind games. He’s been great this season.

We need the win really to keep that bit of breathing space at the top.
