I guess he's predicting Everton will just sit so is giving half a game's rest to our players who could make a difference. That said, Hendo and Salah have had knocks, Fab is injured so there's not much else he could do

Yep, take the derby emotion away and we are at home to a relegation threatened side, if we can't make changes for a game like that then it's genuinely pointless having any sort of squad.

Only worry is the Atkinson factor, he's got the power to make games much closer than they should be.

They looked gone physically on 60 v Leicester on Sunday and are playing the same side again so a good bench might work well here like v Burnley last season.
