Flying start, well in control, but playing a bit within ourselves for the last 25min. Probably the smart thing, but want that second goal, just in case. I'd be tempted to give Bobby a rest right now as his passing looks leggy, but I'd rather be doing that 2 up TBH

Bossed that half, just the final ball bit off.. Bobby been guilty of giving the ball away in several good attacking positions. Trent strangely not seeing much of the ball.

Sheff doing what most teams do at Anfield, sitting deep and compact. They are very well organised to be fair but we have dominated the half and hardly broke a sweat. A 2nd goal would be nice to kill the game.

Great control but that's been easy due to SU's (very) low block. Low block isn't giving Bobby much space to do his stuff. I can see him dropping deeper in the second half as a result and taking one of their centre backs out with him.

Surely they'll need to twist in the second half which may open up the game a bit.

For all the good luck with injuries we've had, our bench is looking mighty thin
Fabinho, Ox, Shaqiri, Lovren and Matip are all supposed to return this month. Let's hope Keita does in a week, I was so excited to see him finally command a first eleven role.
