These awards tend to go to goal scorers or flair players. Would be great for it to go to a guy who is strong in defence but also contributes in attack.Modifying post.Comment

He's been criticised throughout his LFC career for what he isn't. Now he is being lauded for what he is!!!
Lift the big cup in May (or more likely March at this stage!!!) and he will be on his way to being a legend. Another CL and a few more trophies and he will be confirmed.
Needs to work on his trophy lifting technique though!!!Comment

The Premier League team of the year will be interesting though. In reality, if we go the season undefeated, then who could you leave out??
Even if we don't then Allison, Robbo, Virgil, Trent, Henderson, Mo, Mane all guaranteed to be in it surely. For me Gomez, Bobby, Gini and Fabinho should be in there as well. But that won't happen. They will probably put Vardy, De Bruyne, and someone like Harry Maguire in there!!!

The split vote among our players might have an impact with the PFA award IMO.....might even hand it to someone outside the club (DeBruyne), but the massive PR around Henderson of late can only help him (not to take anything away from his performances at all, but there is a factor).
Could propel him towards the Writer's Award in any case, which would be richly deserved, not to mention quite fitting as a reward for the team, being one of the most selfless players around."I will make the boys feel your support"
