He was never crap yesterday. Did misplace a few balls in the first half but that’s it. I don’t understand why some people would focus on berating one player when this team is breaking all records. It’s always the same people though so not surprising.

I thought he had a good game. Was sharp and made some good weaving runs. Tired the feck out of Norwich trying to get the ball off him. It was a proper yellow bus we had to break down, even Cantwell was a second LB all game. They had no legs to break on us nor to stop a fresh monster like Mane late on. Keita contributed to that strategy quite well.

Given how long he was out I thought he played well. He got involved offensively and defensively which is exactly what you want from him.

Just needs an injury free run to the end of the season now.

Well. The PL is pretty much sewn up so we have a bit of flexibility to rotate there.

My point was if he was injury free til the end of the season he could play himself into the team. I don't think he will. But that's only because we have, Hendo, Fabinho and Wijnaldum but a potentially great problem to have.

I think Keita is going to be someone who polarizes opinion, watching him this season it seems that so many of the final balls that he likes to play are through tight spaces behind defences, and if they come off they look great and are fantastic play and great vision. When they don't come off it often looks like he played a stupid ball straight into a defender for no reason. I'm not really sure how well that seems to work in the PL, for some reason his play seems more suited to other competitions such as the CL.
