              Any club that opposes restarting should be relegated and clubs from the championship promoted in their place.

                It sounds to me like those clubs at the bottom of the table are trying to stall the process in an attempt to remove any threat of relegation.
                The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

                  And by doing so are completely undermining the competition so should be told either they restart or forfeit their place in next seasons league.
