I'd like to watch it with my dad, but logistically, unless the weather is great, I'm not sure how to do it.

Ideally TV in the garden and bring your own food/booze?
Was trying to but ultimately decided against it. Not got a suitable house to social distance and decided it wasn't worth the risk. Very hard to take especially when we are about to win the league

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Yes, it's gutting to be honest. Sorry for you!

I think my house is suitable, just about, but still not sure it's a good idea, and totally reliant on it being dry.

I'm sure I'm not alone in still feeling a little bit gutted that we've ended up winning it in these circumstances. I'm sure deep down the players are too. More motivation to win it again next year I hope.

          I dribbled past him. Once.

I often let **** players 'dribble past me' because I'd rather they have the ball and do nothing then pass it to a half decent player that might fluke a goal in.

Hes bound to get himself sent off now he has stuck his head above the parrot pit.

We're up to the in-laws for the fathers day dinner which we're doing, but as soon as that's wrapped up i'm heading off to watch it on my own, which given that company, is very much the preference.

It's really hard to even figure out the logistics.

Say you had a space large enough to socially distance safely, it would be almost impossible to restrain yourselves in celebration, within your allocated bit of square space, watching others do the same. Even after our fifth goal goes in. It would be almost impossible.
                    Oh I don't know.

Come to Iceland and watch it There are practically no restrictions here right now, and you can get a test at the airport

The only sport I've ever seen in an Icelandic bar was handball (which is strangely mesmerizing in of itself).

haha, Icelanders are pretty good at it too, but most nations don't count it as a sport really, I don't like personally, but the key point here is you can go into a bar and watch something.

Is it not about 10 quid a pint there?

Ffs trying to watch the game is proving a nightmare.

Turns out I don't have Pick TV. Not on BT box or the free view on my Samsung TV. The Now TV app on the TV I usually use is knackered. Will have to try and get Now Tv through BT box, but previously only movies available. Frustrating but I have time to come up with a plan
