A game that matched the atmosphere. Klopp obviously wants to manage fitness, and that’s fair enough, we had two injuries in the game, but none of the changes did our play any favours.

Well, there you go, first game back and I suppose a bit of a warm up. Not too many bad injuries I hope. Understandably we are a bit flat. Still not getting the Keita love but maybe I'm not seeing something others are. He's a willing battler but end product is a bit missing. Can still win it by Wednesday which is nice.

Everton defended well. They’ve always got a performance like that in them (work hard and keep it tight) but some of our sloppy play was frustrating.
