The fact that this sort of attitude will definitely exist is what will drive us on next season. We should be pissed off that one of the finest seasons ever compiled has been so stressful. As Klopp says the Asterisk can be a good thing.

I realised tonight I dont care how we win it. I will be fine if City drop points tomorrow. I just want it done.

We are ****ing great, I wouldnt change a single thing about the club.

Imagine what the roar would have been like when the players left the pitch tonight to send them on their way to City.

Yeah, I'd have loved to have seen the Klopp fist pumps to the cheering Kop tonight

What a strike. It is from absolutely miles out as well.

I get all this, I feel it too, and I think it's ok to talk about this among ourselves.

But for all the people who hate us - I live in Manchester ffs, United and City all around me - this **** sustains them. They revel in the fact that we've won the league but can't properly celebrate it. Talk about clutching at straws.

These cunts are clinging to any last thing they can - we've won the league ffs and they're still trying to take the piss out of us! So while it's ok on here, among friends, no way I'm showing any of this publicly...in real life, on Twitter, FB or whatever.

Nothing is the same any more. It just isn't. But despite all that we've won - or are about to win - the league. We've waited 30 years for this, and no cunt is going to piss on my parade. **** the "imagine this" or "imagine that" - it is what it is, and we've won the league. **** em.

they are clutching at straws made of **** tbh

I find comfort in the fact we had it sewn up and 29 games with crowds/people. We haven't 'done' it behind closed doors but missing out on the winning moment/trophy lift/parade is hard to take and i'm not really arsed about outside peoples perception but missing going the game/watching with my dad. Still made up to win it but this was definitely not the way it was meant to be.

Yeah I mean all that desperate **** to try devalue or demean what this team are about to achieve, it doesn't spoil my enjoyment of it one bit.

Those people are the worst ****ing fans, but at least we know that their miserable outlook comes from how chewed up they are by seeing Liverpool demolish the League, while also being European Champions.

Them not having this title drought over us anymore is going to hurt them much more than us having to celebrate from behind closed doors.

The Anfield crowd got to celebrate and feel the genuine belief that the title was coming, when beating Man Utd, in ****ing January

And the players may yet celebrate actually winning it in City's stadium. So yeah, **** both of 'em!

Thought that was an excellent team performance. As for winning the league with an asterisk or without a crowd, I honestly couldn't give two ****s. We're going to be worthy champions. We are brilliant. In fact, I forget how brilliant we are on times. By far the best team in the league. Already looking forward to winning again next season.

Anybody else unsure how to celebrate? I had plans but thats not going to happen. I can't even shout a lot tonight as I'll get bollocked for walking up the baby. I think part of me wants city to win so we can win it at their place. But then they are very capable of beating us. It is so different to what i was expecting. Oh well win it again next year and it will be the mother of all celebrations.

I just want to get it won as soon as possible, been waiting for 30 years for a title and over 3 months for this one to be confirmed. I guess it will be weird if we win it by not playing (although I think that Man City will win and it will go on to the City game anyway), but equally it will be weird winning it with no one there to see it.

Bitterness is strong with most of them, they have been dreading us winning the league for years this season when it looked certain their hopes were raised by the chance of it being null and void so I think that has amplified the bitterness as it feels like they have lost twice
