No. But I think the crowds on pier head was from the party after clinching the title- it spilled into a second day... I’d be surprised if the party continued at the same level for 11 days, which is when we’re due to play at anfield again. So it would be reasonable to expect it to have calmed down by then...

But the authorities may suspect that the fact that the team is due to come to anfield, might give people a reason to gather in the streets again.

I think they will make it extra special compared to previous years with it being an empty stadium,make it more spectacular for tv.
