Only had half an eye on this last night due to family commitments, but looked like a blazing start that then turned a bit mushy. Whether it was the appetite just gone out of the contest in the immediate with that start, added to the general season over vibe, I dunno.
But certainly when they pulled one back, it looked more than justified.
Unfair to judge Williams on my viewing, but hearing it wasnt a complete shock to see him replaced at HT with a yellow to boot. Plus the defence bar VVD again seemed to lack that attentiveness with a lot of sloppy behaviour.
Mo, Keita and VVD certainly looked on it though from what I could gather."I will make the boys feel your support"
