6 seconds, you're seriously complaining about six seconds discrepancy, with the ball in our own half when the whistle was blown? That was the issue I had with the Twitter thread, we have had a number of major decisions **** is over, and very few help us out. But when you pile on half a dozen petty grumbles, it makes the whole thing seem like a petty grumble.

No i dont have an issue over 6 seconds, i have an issue with Ref's consistency & them hiding behind the rule book constantly, but then not adhering to the rules when it suits them.

Its ****ed up, it really is; TBH i do not believe we were robbed in that instance as 90+/100 times mane would not score, but for **** sake if you as the referee state a MINIMUM 2 mins then ****ing play a MINIMUM 2 mins, it really is not to difficult????

Mane was played through and within 6 seconds would've got a shot off. Usually the whistle goes when a move breaks down or there's a backwards pass. That certainly wasn't the case, we were short changed

There was no move. The ball was well inside our own half when the whistle went, and mane wasn't even clean through, there were two defenders ahead of him IF the hoof happens, which the ref didn't know when he decided to blow. It's been a frustrating season, but this stuff is embarrassing

The balls may have been within our half when the whistle went but as it landed at Mane's feet the alloted time has still to he reached

In which case he blows 8 seconds early. Either way we were breaking forward, Salah lays the ball to Thiago and Mane is away, clear on goal. Not sure the ref can be defended here

His mistake was blowing a few seconds early, not that he blew when there was a break on.

Changing your tune then. I merely pointed out that the ref usually waits until an attack is over before blowing, this ref did neither but yesterday you were pretty insistent that the ref hadn't made an error
