For the majority of the season i wouldn't say Jota was guaranteed to start. Three out of the other four would have been.

It depends how you look at it though, with VVD and Gomez injured Matip and Kabak would have started if they had been fit. In fact take Ox and Milner out of there and I think if any of the others had been fit today they would have started. (You can argue Jota either way but given his performance midweek, I would say he should have started today if he was fit.)
