Half time and we look very pedestrian against a workhorse side. It's not the first time in a while either.

Or is our second string a bit bobbins?
Disrupted by Fab injury... a bit like when we gift teams an early goal. We seem to get rattled very quickly with any upset and then it takes us an age to get back to playing at a decent level... goes for first and second string

We did go downhil a bit after that but we weren't hitting any heights before he went off either. Their best chance was early on.Originally posted by Tribute View PostDisrupted by Fab injury... a bit like when we gift teams an early goal. You're right - it's not just the players out there, we've seen it in the full side this year as well.Experimental music, Metropolitan foodstuffs, Mexican wrestler art, London suburbia, wry whimsy, fansy pants flim flam lad

Whilst there is a point to that, he plays once a month, maybe twice if he's lucky. Plays on the left where he clearly isn't his best. His goals to minute ratio is pretty impressive considering. If I were a defender, I definitely wouldn't want to play against him. Maybe we could do better but what do people expect from him?Originally posted by Irishnev View Post
He just isn’t at the standard we need
This game smacks of a scrappy 1-0 and run for the hills. Fab’s hammy so looking at min 4 weeks ffs

He's ****ing lazy mate. So weak as well. I agree he should play through the middle and he would benefit from a run in the team but that's not happening. Seriously in that first half he made Balotelli look energetic.Originally posted by Zapater View PostWhilst there is a point to that, he plays once a month, maybe twice if he's lucky.
