We’d be far more effective and quicker with those two in midfield. I wanted Phillips and Kabak to start... yes, we might concede but we’d be full throttle going forwards.
As it is, we’re ****ing clueless all over the park.

At least we got to the top though
And we will rule again. We are doing this season what City did last. Two epic seasons of effort followed by a slump season.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Klopp's said a few times that when we get new players it takes them a few months to get used to our system and the way we play, so you can see why they're not straight in. Trouble with our well-drilled system that won us the title with mounds to spare is that it's hard to adjust if you have to bring in new players or play existing ones out of position. There's a reason why we look so disjointed this season.Originally posted by fabinho View Post****ing ****e isn't it. 2 defenders who've been playing there for there entire professional careers, left out for a couple of midfielders. All well and good wanting to take months to settle in new players, but when one of them is on a six month loan that long term settling in process is pretty redundant.
Said it a number of times, but I would rather have two new settling in players in the team if it meant the other nine positions were filled by players in their natural roles.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

You'd think after half a year Klopp can make an assessment as to whether he's going to be able to play our system or not. If you can't make that decision you haven't lost anything.Originally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostAll well and good wanting to take months to settle in new players, but when one of them is on a six month loan that long term settling in process is pretty redundant.Experimental music, Metropolitan foodstuffs, Mexican wrestler art, London suburbia, wry whimsy, fansy pants flim flam lad

Can’t believe we’d be any more dIsjointed with Hendo and Fab in midfield and one of the new CBs and Phillips at the back.
We currently look like we haven’t played together as a team anyway... how could it be any worse...

Of course. Lingard moves to west ham, hasn't played for ages, scored 2. We bring in 2 fit defenders and don't play them, taking both hendo and fab out of the middle, because its too risky, lucky not to be 2 down. Klopp needs to grow a pair.Originally posted by Tribute View PostWe’d be far more effective and quicker with those two in midfield. I have thought that but even without covid we don’t have the endless oil money to rejuvenate they do. Feels like we were on the verge of another dynasty but force ****ing majeure & ****ing bitters robbed us.Originally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostAt least we got to the top though
