He addressed this. We play in a very different way to Preston and Shalke. And they will need time to learn that or otherwise we'll need to adjust to how they play.

It could be argued that we're better following the latter option.

Throwing in a completely unprepared set of players risks unbalancing the whole rest of the team. You might say we're so **** it's worth the risk but it's by no means a slam dunk that they'll come in and we'll stop shipping goals.

The game was even until Allison's two mistakes. That has to impact a team overall. Anyway, the season was over when before this. Just need to salvage what we can and get ready for the summer.

I don't understand Jones for Milner at all. Weird decision unless he though Jones' energy levels were low. He's one of our few players at the moment who the ball sticks to.

I really don't care what you think, this is clearly not working. We all know henderson and fab are excellent in the middle, and I'm sure playing actual defenders at the back will be better for us. Klopp is just not prepared to take a chance, even though we've been dreadful for ages.

That's mutual then.

The new defenders have not even been here a week and have only been available for 2 and 1 game each. I'm sure Klopp will want them in as soon as possible.

We haven't actually been bad defensively until that 2nd half.

Blaming Achterberg for runining Alisson 2 and a bit seasons after we bought him is right up there with the worst of it.

Hardly. Becker had had a shocker, perhaps he wasn’t over his illness. But he’s saved us plenty over the past couple of years - and he’s a better keeper than when we bought him.
