Ok time to inject some positivity.

TAA had another good game. Gini is nearly always looking and passing forward nowadays and it's making a big difference as oppos are definitely confused by this (I'm sure we are too but in a good way). Kabak doesn't look a complete train wreck defender.

But most importantly of all Jota looks really good already. First touch of the ball after two months absence and almost chests down beautifully ala Suarez in the penalty area. Would have scored too with a split second more time and less bus.

Utter utter ****ing tosh for about the 20th game in a row. Absolutely no change to how we’re attempting to play or adjust to so many **** results.

Waiting for Fredo to come in to say it was a fine performance and we’re just unlucky.

Slower than Chelsea all over the pitch

Tempo has been a massive problem all season, there has been no urgency, no pressing, not sure whether it is a conscious decision given the format of the season, a reaction to injuries or just tiredness or what.

Honestly, I thought it was one of the worst games Trent had played in a LFC shirt.

You've got to just hope European teams aren't watching these interviews or their English isn't good enough.

It's no longer the players, it's no longer the injuries. It's the manager. But he's going through a blip so hopefully Klopp can pull through it and win us number 20 before moving on.

Its a massive problem with motivational managers like Klopp. When you're winning, he's funny, inspiring, his words mean everything, smiles all round, Klopp hugs. When you're losing like this for an extended period, those same words grate, players will start to question his decisions. The aura will go.

He's not a master tactician, he works by instilling self belief in everyone. This has been destroyed now. I'm hoping when the fans can go back we can build again from the ground up, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is it now and the damage is done.

Its not about that at all. Salah is literally our only goal threat. It is valid to question the common sense in subbing him of when we are 1-0 down at home and in poor form.

We might as well be playing X side at Anfield. Same thing every time and the fact is that until we get the fear factor back by having pacey CBs, this will be the same pattern very game.

HOW MANY ****ING MORE TIMES... PLAY FAB IN MID FIELD FFS, yeah he is great at CB but he is a world class midfielder ffs. I’d rather have a functional midfield than lose 1 nil for the rest of the season. I honestly don’t know where we go from here, this will roll into next season. What a mess.
