Thanjk you.

Part of me wonders if the FA/PL are going to be more lenient to them because the narrative has been that this is largely in part due to the super league situation. And protests relating to that somewhat play into the hands of the governing body (not that they would ever admit that obviously). There are other concerns too that they need to balance in terms of revenue and TV deals, but as long as the game goes ahead eventually nothing there is lost.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
I have to say... and I feel dirty for saying this... but I was impressed with what Ole had to say in his press conference today.. said they have the right to protest and that they hear them, but that going into the stadium was a step too far and now it’s a police matter. Then he even brought up the policeman who had his face slashed, saying how he will be scarred for life.
I think a big problem is that you had ex players supporting them on tv. By all means support the message of the protest, but they all shoulda called them out for entering the stadium, and generally discouraged any fans watching from doing the same next week or whenever. Gary Neville even went as far as to say that most fans who entered the stadium were peaceful! You could have some ****in idiot sitting 10 min down the road listening to him on tv who decides ahhh I might head down there and join in. Easy for neville to applaud them, won’t be him who could face jail time.
Exactly, he's a moron, anyone with half a brain and some common sense would know it can't have been peaceful protest because they didn't just walk into an open stadium. The language he used in the week leading up to the incident was incendiary, you'd have thought he was discussing his opinion on a matter of life and death or a war crime.
At some point they would have clearly had to force open locked doors / gates.
They've all also conveniently forgot about the pandemic. It's a bit different when it's a protest about human rights but otherwise, i'm sure there are better ways to make your voice heard collectively.
Even in countries that are ahead with vaccination, we're far from out of the covid woods yet. For something like football, it's just not worth it. All it's achieved is a fixture delay that hurts both teams.
Same goes for Carra, I guess it makes them feel more important than they actually are.
I'm not sure if that lynch guy knows what Utd fans call Thiago: Butcher.
Let's see how lynch feels about getting it right but having Maguire and Pogba/Rashford out for the Europa cup final due to injuries after Thursday. Hindsight, eh.
OGS prioritising the LFC game over Leicester... both pretty pointless games for United and he risks more injuries in our game and conceding the title to City if they get beat by Leicester. Strange one. Doesn't want to lose face, yet will be called for everything under the sun if they pick up a few injuries from us ahead of the Europa final.
Could he possibly want a win over LFC more than a Thursday night trophy??

Ole will try to claim that stopping lfc get CL will be like a trophy.
