It’s all bollocks though isn’t it? The same fans will be up in arms if they don’t sign Sancho or Halland this summer. So what do they want? Different owners! Who can afford a £billion pound asset? So the supporters want owners with a different business model? So you get some human rights abuser in trying to boost their PR. Football supporters at the top level want it all, the success, the signings, the morally sound owners (?).

And then you think of fan ownership... but these are the fans so that’s not looking appealing either.

As was mentioned nobody gave a **** when Hicks had us leveraged to the point of insolvency.

FSG seem naive, but their business model seems about as good as you can get. And even then, we don’t have the resources to compete with Utd, City, Chelsea.
