My favourite ever football match. Not sure it ever gets better than this given the opponent, who was playing for them, what it meant, and what we did

No better feeling than that night

The Dortmund come back was pretty good, but also the 3-0 against Man Utd when Salah took his shirt off and the team realised a title race was really happening.

            Both amazing.

…But nothing compares to being 3-0 down to the team featuring two of the best players in the world at the time one who is widely regarded as being the GOAT.

To deliver, after watching Konpany seal the league pretty much the night before meaning it looked like we would end an amazing season with nothing. Against Barca. It was incredible - unmatched as an experience.

Also the tightrope of knowing we had to go for it but if we let in one goal at pretty much any time and we were out of the tie.

And to win it in such an iconic way - Corner taken quickly Origi!

Pedantic Pat alert….. it was 2-0. VVD headed in a corner earlyand they were attacking when Salah scored late to make it 2

I’m with Buzzo, that was the best night ever at Anfield. Istanbul was the best ever night for the club IMO but the Barca game was the best at home

I didn't remember until I watched that clip that Arsenal only went ahead in the 72nd min. For some reason I thought they went ahead much earlier than that, they were only ahead for 11mins.
