In the unlikely event it comes down to GD we might regret taking it easy on Man Utd at Old Trafford and stopping at 5 rather than smashing about 10 past them
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Again you talk about players being exhausted which is a fallacy. We’ve been managing and rotating a lot and tiredness is not an issue.

Or we might just smash Southampton to make up for that.

Klopp might decide that for the remaining games we may as well just go out with all guns blazing in a nothing to lose manner.

Smash teams and see if City have a wobble to take advantage of.

Trent in particular looked out on his feet from the get go, their not robots. Physically and mentally he looked drained... it happens their no robots.

He looked perfectly fine getting up and down the pitch, it was when it came to crossing the ball that it all fell apart

              Corret, they are not robots.

                What's a 'not robot' anyway?

Trent is one of the players being rested regularly, so not true. If he plays a below par game now and again it doesn’t mean he’s exhausted. Just that it’s hard to keep the level each and every game.

Does every member of the team have a no robot?

Would rest a couple against Villa and tell the rest of the lads to just go out there and win... play without shackles and see if you can score... and score some more if you find you can.

I think the pressure should be off us now, if we rotate who we need to to give them a rest, those coming in will be chomping at the bit to show Jurgen what they can do... and with everything now being out of our hands (and the odds stacked against us) we really don't have any pressure left or have these 'must win' games... No-one else is getting second, we should treat the last three games as 'go for it, play with freedom and see where we are at the end of the season' - if we play awesome for three games, Citeh will still need to put results on the board, so the pressure will still be on them until it's mathematically done.

If there is hope, there is a reason to believe.

And if there is belief then that's all that is needed to fight like ****ing hell. Land your shots and see if something gives.

I still think this title race has a dramatic twist, dare I say a dramatic slip, left in it.

Even if City lose to West Ham, they have more goals in them at the moment, and would probably win on goal difference.

I think we should rest Salah and anyone else who is tired, and go with the fittest players we have. Our game relies on high intensity.

Is not as though we are a team that does not have plenty of goals in it though. Plus if they lose a game and we win the same week, that is a double hit in terms of clawing back GD.

                              Villa
                              Southampton
                              Wolves

It is not that improbable to suggest with could clock up a fair few goals between those three games especially if Southampton have one of their special games against us.

The fact we have two teams in common in our final three games makes it interesting too.
