I mean I’m fine with him for 36 of the 38 games, but it is frustrating when they play city alright… the annoying thing is if it wasn’t for the tight title race I’d have really enjoyed seeing them get stuffed like that, today!

We play our catch up game away to Arsenal on the 16th.

Our games are Inter, Brighton, Arsenal, Huddersfield/Forest. Minamino and the lads can take care of two of them but the two away PL games in the middle we really have to focus on. No reason we can't do it as hopefully Brighton and Arsenal will be knackered about now.

managing legs and egos at the moment is such a huge task

I'd liked to have seen more early subs in games, think we went a bit too far vs Norwich in the league and got away with it.

I reckon Klopp goes full strength vs Inter in the hope of early changes, I'd probably make 1 or 2 changes. Tsimikas in and rotate 1 of the front 3.

5 subs in the CL games helps a lot as well - go strong from the start, hopefully get to half time 1/2 goals to the good, and take off 3-4 players

Yes they are absolutely **** but have a good record at the Etihad, City often choke in this fixture and they've been fairly poor lately - I'm quietly confident United will get something.

Trent does need looking after because he is running out of puff in some games. He also has an annoying habit of tackling or looking to intercept from the wrong side (ie not from the goal side) in the area from the half-way line back towards our goal, making it too often quite easy for the game to head off towards our goal with him trailing behind. It'd be good if at some point in some games he just switched off his attacking desires and focused on being a rock in defence.

I thought the Norwich game we looked comfortable in until we took Henderson off. The Hammers game tho, we did look vulnerable.
