funny when we don't win and miss chances we are not very good.

City don't win and are unlucky. Keeper didn;t have to make to many great saves.

Think they were a tad unlucky. Totally controlled the game and had 3 clear cut chances to win it. They’re definitely not the unstoppable team that some have made out though.
      Are we winning?

If we draw vs Arsenal and we beat Watford, we go top on goal difference before we play City.

So, pressure is kind off us for Wednesdays game. Arsenal away is going to be very very very tough. If we win that, it’s going to be the icing on the cake but we don’t have to win it desperately, it would have been if City had won today.

Not really because if we only get 4 points, Draw at City then won't city have a game in hand on us?

We need to capitalise. In terms of momentum not taking three points would be a disaster, not fatal, but it would give City a huge boost.

I think it takes a bit of heat out of our game vs City, where a draw won’t be such a bad result.

We have to win on Weds.

This doesn’t work. City play Burnley the same day we play Watford.

I know your being devils advocate and maybe not as negative as you come across.
Yes, but we cant go into the arsenal game looking for a draw, we have to go for all the wins because we may not even win vs city.
We will drop points, but so will they. We need to be more consistent and not wet ourselves.
The pressure isnt off until its all over.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I’m not saying we should play for a draw ffs. As Norbs said, it takes a little bit of pressure off us. Just slightly, as a draw would match what City did. Of course, we’ll go for the win.

City have only Burnley in the league before they play us, we have 2 games.

If we win our next two league games, City go to Burnley 2 points behind us, which ramps up the pressure on them in what would already be a tricky fixture. Hoping for a wet and windy day there too, which would suit Burnley.

I agree with that. It would definitely be disappointing to not get the win. The memories of 2019 when City just didn’t ever drop a point are still pretty fresh for me.

A win on Weds is a massive statement.

We’ll both have played 30 games by the City v Liverpool match.

If we’ve picked up 4 points form ours, then they’ll be top when we play, unless they lose to Burnley.

I said a few weeks ago that if they blinked first then we would have a great chance.... Well they have blinked twice now before us. It is ****in on

If we go all the way in the cups, then the United game could be midweek before the last game of the season..... How ****in sweet would that be if we were enroute to greatness by spanking them at Anfield
