Bowen has only been at West Ham a couple of years so presumably there is no need for them to sell him, although he is 25 so might think a move in the next year or two is his only real chance of playing at the top level.

Given how we operate in the transfer market I would be surprised if we spent £70m+ on Bowen. He looks a player who would be suited to our style of play if one of Mane or Salah leave, but we have tended to only pay that kind of money for players who would be game changing in their position (VVD & Alisson) with all due respect to Bowen I don't think he falls into that category, I think he is probably in the Jota type category, someone who could come in to the first team and do a good job, I think if he was available for £40-50m we'd be all over that, but at more than that I don't see us going for him.

              It’s maddening

And there’s Martin Atkinson doing his best to finish the job for them tonight.

No point in being revisionist, we've done amazingly well to bring it to the last day.

Yeah whatever happens we are posting an insane number in the League again. On for 92 points. Will it be enough? Most likely not... but maybe.

Kind of horrendous position for Stevie.

He has the chance to deliver a League title for us. To do so he needs to motivate his team to beat one of the best there has been.

I'll bet he never imagined he would be a major player in an LFC title hunt again.

I love it, adds to the mystique. If he does it he could be down the m62 in no time to join the celebrations

City would have destroyed Villa with less pressure on them. And Villa would have been bricking it facing them.

But now it's the opposite, City will snatch at chances and Gerrard will tell his players this City team is ready for a bottle job. Let's get it done!

Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

I think its a position he could only dream of? The reality is no-one expects him to get anything out of the game but if he did

Christ. I'm starting to believe again

Been a slow process of acceptance since Spurs. But there is still that little bit of hope. Winning it at home. At Anfield. last day of the season would be epic.
