I'd be happy with that, what's the deal with Williams, TAA was out and he wasn't on the bench at the weekend was he? Is he injured, if so I think Gomez might play RB and Phillips and Konate at CB, although I don't like Gomez playing there.

Would like to see Phillips get a run out as well he deserves it after last season and Gomez at RB is a decent option. Nat may not be on the level of our other CB's but if possible he needs to be kept match fit for when the inevitable Matip and Gomez injuries occur.

Maybe it will depend on the extent of the Thiago injury. If he's out for the weekend, then I agree, there is no way he will risk either. Otherwise, I think he might opt for some more experience alongside Milner just to give the team a bit more steel and stability.
