Brighton at Home PL game 10

So it’s 3pm Saturday KO & it’s a short turn around for both clubs after the Carabou Cup.

This won’t effect us too much but with Matip playing 45 mins does that mean Konate retains his starting spot for this one? Other question marks are who plays in midfield? Is Fabinho fit? If so he & Hendo plus one other. Ox or Jones if Naby is ruled out?

Did Brighton play full strength? I don’t know who’s who for them but this is the side that played last night vs Leicester

They certainly finished with a strong 11

    Bissouma
    Cucurella
    Dunk
    Groß
    Maupay
These normally start also & played 60+ mins
    Veltman
    Burn

Disappointed to see Bissouma played a part, he has been a big miss for them last couple of weeks

I thought Bissouma was in custody?

I would like to see Konate against a better opposition, can't really judge him by last Sunday, it was more like a training game for the most part.

Mid table fodder last week & a step up in quality this week.

                What a week.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Fairly sure it was just a week from the Atletico game so he should be fine, looking like a strong team for the weekend.

Fab didn't train yesterday...so I wouldn't have thought he could play against BHA.

                        The Cucurella looks a player
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

Klopp says Naby is ok for tomorrow. Fabinho probably not, Thiago "much closer but we have to see"
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Thiago likely on the bench then if Fabinho is out.

Hendo, Keita and Jones in midfield then?
