Agreed- last season after a dead rubber, we dropped points to fulham, and Jota was out for a few months… klopp should tell the boys upstairs, listen if ye want me to go string in these kinda games, I need to have a bigger squad… too many players are injured at the moment already, need to rest as many as we can.

Also it’s good to give the fringe players a run out- the likes of kelleher, neco, taki, konate etc… we’re gonna need them sooner or later, so let’s get them some game time to get them up to full speed.

Not sure if that’s a prediction or what you’d like to see. I’d hope that Allison and Trent don’t play. Also would like to see Jota rested too- imagine if he got injured in another dead rubber this season! Especially when Salah and mane will be away at the AFCON. He’d prob have to do a different formation to rest all 3, and I don’t see it happening unfortunately.

With the 5 subs, hopefully we at least get the game sewn up fast and take off all the important guys.

I think it will be a mix also and while the money is important I think some of players need two games a week to stay in perfect rhythm. I dont think Salah will play but him, Mane, Fab “need” the two games to stay fully sharp.

Unless they've changed the rules since I last played Champ Manager then I thought all u18's are eligible?

To be eligible for the B list players have to have been available to play for the club for 2 years, even though he's young enough he hasn't been here 2 years.

If we want to play him before he has been here 2 years he needs to be named on the full list, when he has been here 2 years he can go on the B list and when he is too old for that he'd have to go back on the A list. What could be simpler

That's my guess for the starting XI too. I honestly feel it's unnecessary, but money talks. If it were up to me I'd rest Virgil and Trent and possibly even Fab too.
