Elliott looked really sharp in the first 15 or so minutes that he was on. But I suspect it will be at least a few weeks before he is ready to play a full 90 mins.

Good to see him back and I am made up for him, but I think we need to be realistic about where he is, probably won't see him at his best regularly for much of this season
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Ally McCoist was the only commentator left that I could listen to. But in one game today he's taken the clueless, anti Liverpool route too. Shame I have to go back on mute.

You guys take this stuff too seriously. Mute the tv.
      Are we winning?

I like to take my football seriously.
TV has been muted for over a year now.

We've lost one game with him on the pitch and we were already losing when came on. Considering the crises we've had in midfield, how much better off would we have been without him? Which results might have been better?

What was the story with Gomez and Ox?

First match thread since Chelsea. What a pleasure.

Draws have been our issue not losses. Just saying. I haven't a clue if those are related to Milner but saying we've only lost once with him on the pitch is not the full picture.

I’m sure you don’t expect me to go back and look at the lineups for our games this season?

City, Spurs and Chelsea. Probably would have won them with Danny Murphy in midfield..

Absolutely not mate, today's assessment is good enough. Cheers.

Are you suggesting we play him in goal???
