It’s mad how subjective football is - I thought Bobby was the best he’s been for a while. He worked his ass off and hurried their punts into our box so they weren’t as accurate, he did ok in the ball but a little wasteful. Trent was so.I’d - nothing more nothing less. Hendo is really struggling at the moment - he just can’t seem to get to the pace of games……… he’s under pressure to keep his spot.

Anyway what does it mattered - we won a scratchy game, in dour conditions away to Burnley from a set piece goal. We out Dyched them which is great

Bobby was poor, Hendo was mediocre. Thiago was our best player. Huge 3 points!

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I’m not bashing him but he’s been really off it for a while - he’s the weakest in our nominal first 11

          I suspect that should be < 60%

Not too sure I understand the focus on Hendo, he might be in a bit of a dip in form, doesn't mean he's not a great player. We have a squad, and it's there for that particular reason, to cover and keep the quality up when some players have a bit of a dip. The team hasn't done too bad the last few games. Hendo was PFA Writer's player of the year 2 seasons ago.
              Are we winning?

Will be interesting to see what the three are for Inter. My guess is Fab, Thiago and Hendo. But I agree Hendo is under massive pressure from the likes of Elliott. That said we have a lot of games and need the squad.

I thought passing wise Hendo and Trent were at times looking to play the killer ball when keeping it simple made more sense in the conditions. Most of the misplaced passes will be crosses or attempted through balls.

It was the right midfield to start this game tho, and they weathered the early storm pretty well.

The focus is on Hendo because he’s been playing ****e tbh - he’s the weak link in the side and it makes us worse when he plays……. When he won the PFA award he was at the top of his form - I care about him now

His bull**** around the contract situation and how he played it through the media grates with me still

Hendo’s struggles go back to last season. It’s been punctuated by the odd good performance, but there’s been too many poor ones like today where he’s struggled even to even be solid and do the basics.

The PFA award was generous too. He was very good that season and I was happy for him to receive it, but he wasn’t even our best player that season.

Yeah, I don't expect trent's stats were that great either but at least with him they are rare.

For balance I thought keita was excellent.

Loads of so called fans and media bashing Keita today as ‘ineffective’… thank **** they’re all clueless and aren’t in charge of this team. Jesus, talk about blinkered narrative, Naby was excellent in a tough midfield.

Mo, Sadio both very wasteful, as was Jota when he came on. Bobby wasn’t great but not as bad as some are saying… a lot of what he does goes unnoticed and off the ball he presses like mad.

Hendo has been off form for a while but did ok in the conditions against the sluggers… wouldn’t have him anywhere near a full strength 11, he’s too negative and loses us momentum, urgency and energy.

Not a game for Diaz, keep him safe for when we don’t have ‘Dyche Dickheads’ team to play…
