Good half defensively from us. Inter have thrown everything at us and created basically nothing.

Tight game and Inter have done relatively well stopping us play in forward areas. Game still not won for me but we’re well in control now if we don’t make stupid mistakes. But it’s tight and not comfortable yet for me.

Inter will run out of steam same as first leg. They have emptied the tanks first 30 and got basically nothing.

We miss Firmino to hold the ball up in games like this. Defensively we have looked very good.

Some issues to address of our own making, we can't seem to get Salah firing at all and Jota is rusty. One needs to make way for Diaz surely.

Jones for Hendo would give us a bit more bite in midfield.

That said they may fall off a cliff in intensity like the first leg.

They are good though - I underestimated them. Normally continental teams with 3 at back get eaten up by us but they can go 1v1 without issue. Their wing backs push high and are dangerous. I like Bastoni - he looks a real
prospect and handling Salah well. Nobody to hold onto the ball up top is an issue - we can’t get people ahead of the forwards.

We need more drive at an hr with Hendo and Naby to come on

They are excellent. Not offering much up front but they way they press to win the ball back is asking questions.

Our bench is very strong so Diaz, Hendo, Naby all going to come on at stages.
