He is probably extra psyched as he only moments earlier nearly got his first assist for Arsenal.

Don’t think I’ve ever heard him this dispirited by a goal.

Imagine the difference if that were Arsenal scoring 2 quick goals to take the game.

What play from Robertson in the build up to that second goal

Great result, first half they out worked us in the midfield we hardly got out of first gear but they didn't create that much. Klopp definitely got the lads to raise the tempo in the 2nd half Hendo was excellent in the 2nd, as was Fab. The balance with those front 3 lads didn't really seem to work, each one prefers to play off the left. Bobby and Mo made a huge difference, gave Arsenal completely different problems to think about and we looked alot more balanced. I was impressed by Martinelli, gave Trent a hard night's work. IMO Matip and Robbo were out best players.

That game vs City is going to be a nail biter.

They played well first half, we were almost not in the midfield game. Arteta, micro manages their game from the touchline. He is constantly telling all players where they should be positioned. Without this they would be playing at a level or two lower

I’d be intrigued to know what Klopp said at half time.

That game really highlighted the job Bobby does and how important it is in games where we are fighting for control of possession. There was some nice cohesion between the old front three.

              What amazing options we have.

Thought Matip, Virgil, Robbo, Hendo, Virgil Fab and Alison were all fantastic. Trent fought hard against Martinelli. Thiago started to keep possession for us after the goal. And the forwards were always dangerous.

I'm not sold on Arteta to be honest. They've spent a **** load of money and have had no European football to distract them, so I expected them to make a challenge for 4th... It was a must for Arteta. They've been lucky everyone going for 4th had been floundering and have put together a nice run of wins.

I was watching him micro manage his team as well & I was thinking if I’d had a coach doing that to me in my playing days I’d tell him to shut the f…up & failing that I’d rip my shirt off & throw it at him & say off you go then dickhead If players need micro managing like that constantly they’re not worth the money they get paid.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

The interviewer asked him that, basically did you give them a bollocking. Obviously Klopp would never admit that and just said he made some minor tweaks, Robbo alluded to it in his interview about the half spaces.

IMO we didn't get out of first gear and it showed especially in the midfield. Fab and Hendo upped it in second half and after a slow start Thiago started to get a grip. Yeah the balance wasn't right with the starting front 3 and I did think Diaz looked knackered, played a lot of mins recently. Bobby was great and the mere presence of Mo gave Arsenal something else to worry about. That Alisson save was magnificent, a huge moment in the game.

Great 3 points and a bit of a statement. Just a pity City have Burnley next. A Wolves or West Ham kinda fixture next would have been very interesting.

They didn’t need a bollocking as I don’t think we were bad first half. We tried to control the game by slowing the tempo down, but then never really connected with our last third. Second half we had a burst for 15 mins which killed Arsenal. Then slowed down the tempo again and won the game with economy. We outclassed them in the end, but we won’t say it loud. Arteta argued the only difference was between the boxes. It wasn’t, it was men against very good and talented boys who aren’t quite up to it yet.
                      Are we winning?

I dont think Klopp is the type for old school Fergie bollocking no matter what has happened on the pitch.

He definitely wasnt happy though, and he definitely tweaked the formation.

Arteta's interview was so one-eyed and ****. He didnt even acknowledge that the best chance they had was from a Thiago mistake!

Nah, I'd say Klopp has given a few in his time.

Did he not square up to one of our players before, Lovren maybe?
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
