Thanjk you.

This and Spurs are the two worries, though Spurs is a night fixture at Anfield.
Newcastle have improved... but we should still have too much for them. A win puts HUGE pressure on City, that away game vs Leeds is one of the last hopes of them dropping points.
Just imagine that happening. Just ****ing imagine. My heart sank into the pit of my stomach just writing it.
WTF man!!!

"looking through your posts since 2007 and what you have consistently written about my football team I have come to the conclusion that if you had 1 more brain cell you would be a plant .. your father was a hamster and your mother smells of elder berries, I fart in your general direction ..." Nicey
On the one hand, strongest team because we can’t afford to drop points but on the other it’s something stupid like only 59 hours after the last game.
If there are certain injuries e.g muscle strains, to key players before the run in, that would be ****. Huge call for kloppo and team.
Newcastle look better with Howe there but I think if the team contains VVD, Alisson, Salah and Mane, then it should be good enough to win.
I’d start Jota for this as he has been rested in the last couple of games. It’s actually madness that he is going to end the season less likely to start despite how ridiculously effective he’s been. The forwards are that good.
Would go as strong as possible against Newcastle as it is a once off game whereas the second leg in the CL starts with us 2 up.
Only places I would make changes against Newcastle would be picking one from Matip and Konate to partner VVD and maybe Tsimikas at LB (or play Robbo and use Tsimi for the CL game)
Up front I would go with the three that are the fittest today and then drop one from the starting line up for the CL (two if Bobby was back for the second leg)
In the middle I would have both Fab and Thiago starting. With three points on the line those two have to start imo. Sub them off after an hour if we are doing well.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Jaco nails it.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
Hopefully the early kick off will work in our favour to reduce the intensity of the home support. Combined with the fact they have very little to play for, a fast start from us will be key. Fresher legs a must.
Not for me. Recovery is crucial, especially as you get older as an elite athlete.
I'd be resting Henderson and Thiago and put Jones or Ox in there instead.
Fabinho Jones Milner
Even Elliott could be in with a shout.
I doubt anybody will be getting picked that the sports science team haven't cleared, so if they are fit, they play IMO. Under normal circumstances I imagine Klopp would have liked to make wholesale changes with future games in mind, but as he often says, next game is our most important.

TAA has to play in Spain in a few days time so I’d start Gomez & have TAA on the bench if we need him.
Not so sure on this one. We need to win at Newcastle, we don’t actually need to win at Villarreal. Surely TAA plays the one where we start at 0-0, and the less threatening Gomez plays the one where we start 2-0 ahead?
