This team is on course to finish on over 90 points again. Even if it finished on the current total of 83 points, that is a pretty solid amount of points for a team to have gotten.

Is just that City have skewed so much what gets seen as a good season. They have created an environment where finishing in the high 80s or low 90s still does not mean you win the title.

This Liverpool team is an amazing one. Yes it probably needs a bit more silverware to show for how good it is, and we still have three ways to do that this season with two of them in our own hands, but this is a special team and the only one capable of going head to head over the course of a season against what City have manufactured.
