yip - totally agree Shaggy...... play the big hitters and hopefully take some of them off early in the game if we are a few goals to the good.
Only concern I would have is around Salah.....if he isn't 100% then it is probably unwise. However, the flip side of that is to throw him into CL final as his first game in almost 3 weeks (FA Cup final doesn't count as he went off before he got going) would be a risk too.
I suspect Villa will give City a good game for about 4 minutes........ but if somehow they could get a draw, then we may as well all take next week off work......hangovers Monday and Tuesday and then get ready for Paris from Wednesday onwards!!!

We'll put the strongest team out we can, we have to do that, it's a week before the CL league final so it's also about keeping momentum going for that as well as trying to win the league. Just need to get the win and pray that Stevie and the Villa lads do us a favour.
The atmosphere will be weird again (like it was in 2019), all the pressure should be on City

Yeah, we have to go strong
It is exactly the same as it was in 2019. A faint hope that they might **** it up. It is hard to see it, they are that good BUT you just never know. KDB pulling up in training this week would give me hope. Villa are a decent team on their day so there is hope. And Stevie will surely have them fired up.
Feels like if we dont win it this season we will need to propel the frustration into another 2020 where we go massive amounts of games unbeaten from the start. Feels like perfection is the target P38 W38 to even have a chance.

Final game: Liverpool v Wolves (h)
This is it then. Unlikely City will slip up but we must win. Imagine they draw and we fail to win as well?!
I think we pick our big hitters to keep the rhythm and momentum for Paris.
Something like:
Ali
Trent
Matip
VVD
Robbo
Hendo
Thiago
Keita
Salah
Mane
