As an aside I can a lot of pressure coming in for sale of fireworks to be banned and fines for unlicensed people possessing them.

Yes the City will almost inevitably win the league, but this is only the 3rd time in 30 odd years that we go into the last game of the season and can end the day as champions. Yes it is unlikely but anything can still happen.
