I would start Firmino. He is more used to playing with Mo and can hopefully create space and link up well with him.

Also, if the game was going against us and we needed someone to come on and help us get a goal, then to be honest i think bringing on elliot to run at a united defense that has played 70 mins or whatever.

He isn’t a back 5 manager - he might play Maguire and Varane + Martinez ahead of them. McSauce or Fred with Martinez and Bruno. Drop Rashford or Sancho and play Eirksson wide with Ronaldo up top.

His biggest challenge is De Gea - he can’t play out as they want. We need our hardest working team to run the life out of them

I did that once. Was ****in horrible. That was the game where mascherano got sent off. I sat next to this angry ginger cunt who watched about 9 mins of the game and about 87 mins he just stood up, looking at the Liverpool fans (who were on the corner upper tier to the right hand side of us) and shouted random ****e. Kept saying "where's your ****in number nine now yeeeeeee Scouse ****kin cuuunnnnts" in response to our torres song.

There was another lfc fan in front of me too... And i thought afterwards that it would have been crap to be there in any scenario because we would have got filled in had lfc scored / won as well.

I didnt consider how ****e they could become though........ A few years ago, i went to a cup game at old Trafford...... United v city. Sat about 10 rows behind Ole and i just abused him all game. You're ****in ****E ole...... This is ****in crap. Phil Jones even came on and played so ****e he made maguire look like ****in franco baresi..........some of the fans werw giving me **** but some of them joined in ha ha. ****in dopes

Might be tempted to start Carvalho in the Firmino role (assuming Bobby is not fit), leave Elliot as the creative force in midfield alongsied Fab and Hendo.

I can't see both starting in such a big game.

I've done it a few times, mostly in. the corporate parts, however last time was when we beat them in the Europa, 2-1 when Countinho scored that wee chip, I was in on the quadrants, that was ****ing scary.
