I like the job that fsg have done over the past few years, but it is frustrating that we’re being outspent every summer by our opponents.

Makes you wonder. If we really were in for Tchoumeni, feels like we knew we needed a midfielder. Just cannot understand why that money isn't there for someone else?

It's hard to wrap your head around how many problems we've got. The team has suddenly got old and we're seeing dog**** teams like United and Fulham outrun us and play with more intensity than us. With so many over 30 now, it looks near impossible to play Klopp's high intensity game. Shambolic at the back, a mess in midfield and toothless up front. It's not great.

It's not even like it hasn't been discussed on here either, we could see this looming fast

Looking at their first goal again this morning, unforgivably from Trent and Virgil, absolutely disgraceful defending, nothing to do with ability, just pure laziness. If this the way our star players are going to play and lose, I’d rather hive the younger lads a chance.

There's something in our training that's causing this to happen. Firmino, Milner, Hendo, VvD, Salah all looked off their peaks.

Virg deserved it but if I was Virg I'd probably have had a go back at him for not being able to pass it 10 yards.

Agree, I think the midfield was our biggest problem, they weren't protecting our defence and I thought the passing was shocking, when they found their man it was with with awful, bobbling or lofted balls so it was impossible to get any sort of rythm going. That glaring need for a midfielder is so obivous it's doing my head in, we need two in now and at least one next summer. We are putting way too much pressure on Harvey.

Better to see someone actually give a **** than stand around staring into space smiling like ****ing Trent does. For as bad as Milner was in general play you cant fault his commitment to the cause. He'd ****ing die for the shirt. And i feel sorry for him tbh. He shouldn't be starting at all, let alone having to do it for 3 games in a row. But because of either our tightarse owners or our stubborn/loyal to a fault manager he is having to do it.

Hendo also gave Slobby a bollocking after he did one of his dumb tricks and gave possession away...again. You could see plenty of players frustrated out there.

This is so true, he doesn't have the experience for this responsibility and with his exuberance it is going to make it more likely that he is going to pick up cards.
