I think this is sub-human behaviour and should be punished very severely, retrospectively if necessary.

It’s very hard to punish it cos you need to be 100% sure he’s faking it. If richarlison didn’t get punished for simulating multiple head injuries in our game last season, when clearly nothing wrong with him, I don’t think anyone will ever get punished.

Agree with you though, something needs to be done. I think adding on a lot more time for time wasting, will help, and credit to the ref last night for adding on extra time to the extra time. All I’m hearing from pundits/other fan forums is where did he get 8 minutes from. But the media should be applauding him, and highlighting this is what you should get when you waste time.

Harv has a point, Salah ‘looks’ nowhere near the levels of previous seasons as he does keep losing possession, going down blind alleys, poor finishing/final touch, etc. BUT the stats also show he’s creating chances and contributing with assists and chances created.

I can't believe Howe would actively encourage his team to stoop to this level. I've got a feeling he's been pushed with a sword to his neck. I've always liked Eddie and he has mutual respect for us too.
