Great win totally deserved it could have been 4 or 5. Matip was outstanding, Timmy too was brilliant. Nice for Mo to score although thought he was poor. Thiago majestic in first half. Huge win that.Comment

The defence looked so much better with Matip in there, and Kostas has got legs to do the running that Robbo looks too tired to do. Trent was pretty involved going forward but again cost us with his lack of awareness that the world outside his line of sight still exists, which was the only real negative of the game. Well, Nunez still looks lost. Thiago makes a huge difference and Jota did well first game back. Would have been frustrating to draw that, but they did have a couple of good chances too, so got to be delighted with the win. We deserved to win, we were much the better side. Also, have you ever noticed that there is often a slight delay between the visual and the commentary (not sure all broadcasters do it this way), to maximize the excitement. What you hear come out of their mouths seems less of a reaction than a premonition, often declaring goals before they've hit the net. Makes you look up if you are distracted though, I guess.Comment
