Klopp mentioned it was because if minor injuries identified at half time though. I agree with the results (we didnt play as well) but cannot argue if that was the reasoning. We have games every 3 days and are down to the bones as it is.

Everyone would be going bananas if we ended the night with Nunez and Thiago injured.

The World Cup is ridiculous.

We are just dropping like flies and there has to be a reason why we are permanently decimated every season. If it was minor injuries then that is fair enough, I have never seen Klopp do that before, especially that early so I suppose it makes sense and we cannot afford to risk players.

Great result, bashed them first half and should have been 3 up but we can consider ourselves a bit lucky not to have conceded from the peno onwards. Not that West Ham played amazing in the second half or anything, just that we couldn't string a pass together and Trent & Gomez looked panicked every time they pushed on.

3 points vs Forest and it has to be considered an amazing week & yes th world cup is nothing short of a disgrace this time of year.

We'll continue to see predetermined subs happening around the hour mark all season, regardless of the game state.

Made a mistake doing doing 3 subs in the 57th and taking of Nunez and Thiago who alongside VVD were our best players to that point. We looked lost after that. The Milner sub was the other one the worked, he was brilliant when he came on.
