Good point. I think you may be right, It would seem weird for a normally prudent FSG to spend big if selling.Originally posted by Pablo View PostI honestly think some form of investment is done, and just not announced. I think we will go big this window. We'll see.
But it would make sense for the them to keep quiet if we have a few quid from somewhere._____________________________________

I agree with you Fredo. He just needs to relax & start believing in himself.Originally posted by Fredo View PostTechnique? He’s got loads of it. Needs to compose himself a little bit. Some of his chances haven’t been as clear cut as that to be fair to him. The ones which have been clear show a lack of composure, not technique.Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

This is why i have a problem with you. If that was Nunez missing that after running half the pitch flat out (which he does often im sure you'll agree) you wouldn't ****ing shut up about it, but Mo gets away with it with a little "that would have been amazing"Originally posted by danperkins View PostThat would have been amazing
Double standards lad, it was a terrible miss, he was through on goal and scuffed a piss weak shot straight at the keeper.

Agreed. He can strike a ball no doubt. It's not a technique thing. Its no surprise really that he's snatching at chances. He's under the microscope every game trying to live up to a big price tag and the Haaland comparisons (who also misses some sitters). He's done fine so far. His stats are good for a young lad that cant speak a lick of English and is getting accustomed to a much better standard of football. But people will focus on him missing a few chances or having the odd bad touch of course rather than the many positives to his game.Originally posted by Fredo View PostTechnique? People also forget that Mane and Firmino missed chance after chance for many seasons for us, **** even Mo misses loads of chances! He missed a great one in this game FFS, through on goal and scuffs one straight at the keeper. Not a word is said about it, preferring to focus on Darwin being caught offside a couple of times. Pacy striker, living life on the edge getting caught offside by a high defensive line shocker....thats never ever happened before in all of football. Maybe our pedestrian midfield could play the ball a bit faster? Just a thought...
Key thing is we keep creating these chances."When a man insults my country I insult him, by taking his woman" Tony Yeboah

Well, Nunez did miss a near identical chance, after running half the length of the pitch he put it wide. I don’t think anyone has mentioned it. Would have been a great goal. Now Mo’s was a bit more self created rather than sprinting on to a through ball so probably would have been more amazinger.Originally posted by Harv View PostThis is why i have a problem with you.
