It’s New Year’s Day and a Sunday?! Why would they be doing admin?

There is a programme of games and the transfer window has officially opened so what's the point in the window being open if they won't register players? There is also the suggestion that it could have been done ahead of bank holidays.

I have seen a couple of places saying he should be eligible, but I guess we won't know until we see the squad
